What is Rnathchk? It is always running when I hit ctrl-alt-del. Is it associated with Zone Alarm?

To give you another idea, if TheKid's(not often that his ideas do not work) doesnt't work. In previous versions of Real Player you had to go into the preferences settings and use the fast startup area they have and disble it there, otherwise it just keeps reappearing in the startup menu. They like to keep themselves up front and in everything, darn near spyware sometimes! It drove me nuts that it always came back on when I thought I had disabled it, until I stumbled accross those setting. Take care!
