Comment:
If I right click on a file ie to scan or zip my desktop freezes every time. The same thing happens if I try to drag a file from a folder to my desktop.I have run a virus scan and adware scan but nothing shows up.

Can anyone comment on the problem and suggest possible cure?

Thanks

Donna
