has any one had trouble loading outlook express i don`t know weather i have got a virus or weather there is a bug in windows explorer all i know is when i try to load it i get a message saying msimn (not responding) all my programs apart from outlook load ok and i can use them fine it is just outlook,its driving me mad you know you want to pull your hair out type of thing,please has anybody got any ideas i have run out, i have installed me about 6 times but soon has i start putting my programs back on it starts playin up again,so please could somebody help,thank you in advance

I am getting an error message with WIN ME and outlook express. Says it cannot load msoe.dll. ANYONE help me with this problem??

I have my own problelm...continuous screen with Msmin not responding. This occurs after closing Outlook Express and going off line. Where do I go for help.
