I have heard that even if one deletes files pressing "Shift+Delete" or deletes them from Recycle Bin , there are still ways to read or restore those files with the help of some softeware so does anybody know about such software or where to download it?????
Norton Utilities can do this provided you haven't added any other data on to the hard disk which might have taken the place of the deleted data. There are many other "undelete" programs too. If you go to http://shareware.cnet.com/ and search for "recover deleted files" you will find many shareware programs.
