My computer restarts with any usb devices I have pluged in if I unplug the usb then the computer doesnt restart I have a 433 celeron with 160 meg of ram and the cpu and power suply fan are clear of dust and work fine and I also have both side covers off. HELP !!!

Do you mean the computer restarts all of a sudden by itself? Unplug all of your USB devices. Plug each one in by itself and see the problem is still there. You may be able to find the problem device that way.
Also, check for bios updates for your motherboard and get the latest video, sound and usb device drivers your usb stuff.

It does it with all USB devices and yes it restarts all of a sudden by itself

If you have check chipset driver updates and that didnt work. Check power supply. Note your USB devices use +5vdc power and this is usually shared with the 3.3v side of power supply. Power supply is only able to give so many Amps to each voltage channel also a combined watt (power) consumption.
This should not be a problem with celeron but hey who knows...it is real bear with AMD and Geforce. Up to 350watt and it still looks like i am border line.
