Keep getting message: Resource monitor has detected problems. System resources have fallent to below specified 30. User resources have fallen to below specified 30.

What does it mean. Keep getting message all the time??.

First of all turn off your resource monitor, that alone sucks up alot of resources, second make sure you don't have too much junk running on your computer at one time, check you taskbar, if theres stuff down there you never use, that also sucks up resources, stop them from starting by removing them from your startup folder, or uncheck themnin MSCONFIG

I agree. don't run resource manager. It makes more problems than any gain you get from it.
