Removing Wurld Shopping Community

I have Wurld Shopping Community on my computer. I've gone to the control panel and tried to remove it but it says: "could not open INSTALL.LOG file". I've also searched for it in my files and folders but can't find it.
Could someone please help me figure out how to remove it?
Summary: I can connect to the internet but I cannot browse. When I go into add/remove, windows setup, Communications, I see that Dial Up Networking is checked and shows 0.0 MB. I reboot and it still shows 0....
Summary: I fixed the problem!! I thought it might be the registry. I went into key registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services and deleted the Winsock2 registry key. Then reestablished Wins...
