Hi, I use a flash card reader a lot. So I would like to have a reader plugged in my USB port all the time. However when I stop the device to safely remove the memory card, the reader is stopped as well and if I need to use it again I have to unplug it and plug it in again. Is there a way around this? And if I just remove the card without stopping the device what are the consequences?....The system gives me a warning! Thanks for your help.

as long as the computer isn't reading or writing to the flash usb at the time you pull it out, you can ignore the stop button and just take it out.
