Dear Wombat, I early searched the page. It is showing norton definition dated 2004 had removal definition. But when i clicked it, it is directed me to download current (2005 April)definition. I downloaded it. Thanks for your help. Dear rhi, Thanks for your help. I gave all definitions in cd to my friend. However she is not informed me about the progress. Dear Wombat, rhi, The progress is the Norton Definitions are detected the virus and removed Trojan.Dropper. Thank you But it detected another Virus on her system. I am not sure what is that. She said that Norton showing deleted, quarantined, exclusions. What is exclusion, and why it is going to exclusion list. Is it affect the system performance? Thank you sree

I've tried everything. I followed the Symantec removal directions but it didn't work. Symanter Anti-virus detects it but says it can quarantine or delete it. When I try to delete it manually, it says it may be write protected or in use by another program. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Brian
