hello you need to know excatly witch registery key your going to delete. where in the registry it is.ect to get to registery goto run, type regedit, click ok now you have registery menu and you will need to know weather its in hkey loacal machine ,hkeyloacal user.ect.you should make bake up copy of the registery key your going to delete. if you click on file in top left of registery menu you than click on export and pick what branch of registery your going to be deleteing key in and send copy to my documents. than go delete key you should allso make an exmergency bootdisk in add/remove incase you have to gointo computer from dos and do a registry restore. just be carefull and you should have no problems. and if you do system restore works both in safe mode and from bootdisk allso and you have your registery back up and you have regrestore if you have to acess regrestore with bootdisk in reboot and at the a:scanreg /restore click enter you have five regrestore points set by default. have a nice day
