Removing MS Works 2000

Comment:
Computer came with MS Works 2000 pre-installed, no CD was provided. Works stopped functioning, with error message 'missing file'. Couldn't repair or re-install without the CD. Couldn't even uninstall without the CD. Tried installing MS Works 2004 - But it starts out by removing previous versions, and it can't uninstall Works 2000. I tried deleting all of the Works folders, and deleted every Works Registry entry that I could find. Still no luck. Anyone know how to remove all traces of MS Works 2000?

Thanks. That did it. I downloaded and ran the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility. It removed the old MS Works install information, and let me install a new version.
