I use Opera and IE, I used to have it set-up to login automatically (remember password) on sites where it was necessary, such as ebay. Now I can't automatically logon, password is not automatically remembered. On Opera I can't login at all; IE I have to manually type in password. I like to streamline the startup programs and use tweaking programs, I'm wondering whether that may be the cause. Or coincidently my son came home from college the same time problem started. thanks Merry Christmas Tom C.

Sounds like your browsers aren't accepting necessary cookies to enable you to log in. I don't use Opera or IE, Mozilla and Firebird are my browsers of choice. You will have to adjust these browsers security options separately unless some other security program is intercepting cookies before the browser "sees" them. Have you installed any security programs recently (new firewall etc.)?
