Does dxdiag sometimes report a registry error incorrectly? I found the key which dxdiag reported missing in my registry when I check it. Or have I misread the registry?

System works fine. I wondered why dxdiag reported a ProgID missing when I found it on the registry in the same key. Maybe I don't know what I'm doing. LOL
