Hello, how could I make a program run in the background without having an icon in the system tray? I checked the registery, but I might have missed it. Thank you!

depending on the program, it might have the ability to hide the icon, while still running the program.

You can go to control panel/sounds, and hunt around alittle, you will find a screen to allow you to remove the small speaker icon from your taskbar while systray is still operating. After this you will need to open sounds or set a shortcut into programs to access your audio control panel.
