Reformatting preloaded system

I bought a computer system a year ago and all the software and the OS was preloaded on the computer. My question is, if I wanted to completely restore my current system to the way it was when I first bought it, how would I go about doing it. I ask this because I didn't get a hard copy of the OS (WinME) and I would like to clean my system without having to use so many tools.
