Hi i was just wondering what the Recycle bin properties are use for especially were it says maximum size of recycle bin (percentage each drive).

that sets the size of files to be kept in the recycle bin, so if you have 10% of a 20 gigabyte hard drive, 2 gigabytes will be reserved for recycle bin, when it gets to 2 gigabytes recycle bin will start emptying/deleting the older files as you delete/send to recycle bin.
to bypass the recycle bin hold the shift key
while deleting, then it won't be recoverable
without an unerase or undelete program.
