Recovery Disc # 2 - or download O/S

Help! We have just bought a new computer with a new O/S - and wanted to clean the hard drive of our Windows me before selling it - of course this meant reinstalling the O/S. Well - since we have never had to use the recovery discs - we thought we had them all - apparently there is Disc# 2 missing - is there an O/S that we can download from the internet - or is there some way we can get the system on to the computer.

We have no idea what your machine model is or how it's configured. We also have no idea where you're located, what country the rig was sold in, or how old it is. Ya gotta give us a clue to get any real help.
