It is very rare that any standard software will allow you to recover deleted emails, what you need is a specialist, that will look at the individual mail files and recover the deleted email,BUT you should avoid using the machine otherwise the system will over write it.
try www.computer-recovery.com they are good at these things

Lynn.

I think it will be somewhere in one of the folders here C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Identities
but it comes out all scrambled funny and you cannot read it....dont know how to revert it back or you can try.

Drive Rescue is a data recovery tool that allows you to find any lost and deleted data on your hard disk even if the partition table is lost. Discover important file system tables of your hard disk, including partition table, boot record, FAT and file/directory records. The program supports FAT 12/16/32 file systems. The program is very easy to use, simply browse the Explorer-style tree of deleted files and right click to restore selected items. The display also indicates the condition of the file as either good or poor, indicating the possibility of successful restoration. It also offers some additional tools for advanced users. Not for NTFS!

You can get it at:-
