RealPlayer works in Netscape but not IE

I like to listen to a great country station while on the web (http://www.3cdigital.com/3c/indexo.html)but it only works while in Netscape. If I go to it while in IE it "causes an error in ". The station requires Realplayer to work. Why would it work in Netscape (and AOL too) but not in IE?
