Comment:
I had my Quick Launch Toolbar in the lower left corner of my computer screen (in the grey area next to Windows "Start" button but now it appears on the righthand side of the grey area (almost next to the clock and those other icons). How can I make my Quick Launch Toolbar appear next to the Windows "Start" button like it originally was before I turned it off (unchecked it by right clicking in the grey area on the bottom of the computer screen)then turned it back on? Thanks for any help.

Grab ahold of the raised line next to it with your mouse to drag it back over.

Right click on the bar/Properties/Advanced/Start menu & taskbar / Taskbar --> Enable Moving and resizing
Later disable it to prevent anyone from moving. Usually this gets screwed up after defrag in safe mode or some such operations. You have to reset it again.
