I recently got the w32magistr virus. Norton got rid of it and fixed all the infected files except two - sage.exe and fixmapi.exe - which it quarantined. Now every time I start my computer 2 error windows come up - "Bad Command Line Format" and "setup is unable to find installation languages in C:\windows\setup.LID file Error 105". I can close these two windows and my computer starts fine and seems to be working ok. What are the purpose of these quarantined files and where can I find replacements.

those are both used by internet explorer, so maybe try a repair, or reinstall. to repair go to add/remove programs in control panel, choose internet explorer click add/remove and choose repair. if that fails try a reinstall of ie.
