Reply: I tried searching for QTDBL5 and found nothing matching that, on search engines and news groups.
that sounds like a temp file, you could run system restore to before the error started,
start-programs-accessories-system tools-system restore, choose a restore point before it started, restore will auto restart
your pc after restore is complete.
