psapi.dll file not found

I have a msg on start up that the psapi.dll file cannot be found. This did not usually happen before. I have read other threads in relation to the same problem on this site. Can someone please help me with this as i am new to computers. Thank you. Janetmargaret

Go to the link below and download & run the CWShredder Tool. It should get rid ot that missing psapi.dll file message. CLICK HERE If you get a message saying 'A required dll, MSVBVM60.DLL, was not found', install this first: Visual Basic 6 runtime libraries from Microsoft hth andy
