Hi. I have a Dell laptop. About every week I have to reinstall the audio drivers because they keep becoming uninstalled. I have no idea why this is happening. It is getting annoying installing the drivers for my soundcard every week. When I do install the drivers, it works fine. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

If it is an "aftermarket" device, you might want to make sure you have disabled onboard sound, if you already haven't, and you previously had onboard sound.
