I Have got a strange problem Every time i recieve an attachment in an e-mail i download it but when i open it up its only a http file, i have tried with several e-mail accounts. yahoo and hotmail.. plzz can some 1 tell me what to do. DO I NEED 2 DOWNLOAD A PROGRAM OR SOMTHING?? this has never happend 2 me b4. ITS JUST STARTED TO HAPPEN IN THE LAST FEW DAYS help i have spywear, how do i get rid ov it 4 free?

pending on type of attachment, *.doc, *.jpg, *.exe, or *.zip...and so on., try saving as file instead on desktop and check to see if windows recognizes it, if so, your browser helpers got mixed up, if not, windows view>folder options>file types have been changed, possibly by installing something new that has taken the *.extensions for itself.., if you have an older registry backup, prior to error, try reinstalling it...:)
