What the heck is that ..! there is no PDbot.exe in win me .. i have looked with frinds but nada... i have reasently defrag my system and i did that with win2000...

try to extract that file, if that dont work, then try to reinstall, it wont to reinstall, just reinstalling wont delete anyghing, unless you have a computer with a factory installed operating system,

This is what I did.
I used a Windows 98 boot disk to get me to good old DOS.
type: edit c:\windows\system.ini
delete shell=pdbot.exe and replace it with
shell=explorer.exe
File and save. Exit and reboot.
System up and running again.
