What error message do you get? Also, what is the size of the attachment you're sending?
To Shutmeupordown: on your site, when those chinese characters are displayed, was it suppose to mean something? I'm Chinese, and it made no sense whatsoever.

Christina - the pop3 server itself is your ISP's responsibility - if you give them a call and explain what problems you are having they may be able to help you quicker. It's bound to be something easy to fix bearing in mind the thousands of users who would access it with no problems. If it is an accessing problem, go through your Outlook Express Tools menu/accounts properties for your email account and make sure everything matches what the ISP says it should be.
