I have loaded a csi game and it comes up that it is a failure to load "control dialog" from comdlg32.ocx it say my version may be outdated and to make sure i am useing the the version of control that was provide with my application i have looked and try to get an updated version but cant put it where they are tellin me to put it i also have uninstaled the game and tryed to reinstall it but it still does it now at the end of loading the game my computer tells me that it cannot read the cd-rom and it cancles the downlad i have recoverd my hard drive and it still does it any suggestions please help

What is the exact name of this game, there are a few different ones.

If it's the newest one, it's supposed to be installed only on XP.
