problem shutting down

CPU/Ram: piii 933 Mhz / 128 mb Ram

i have problems while shutting down my pc
the errors i encounter are :

error
ole32.dll error
kernel32.dll error

windows me, IE 5.5
I have problems while shutting down my pc
it stop with vertical bars.

If I run MSCONFIG, ststic vxd and uncheck
SYMTDI.VXD. the system will shut down.
