Problems in installing i.e.6.0 explorer.Signs come up:"setup unable to install all components.Please close..try to run setup again" "A previous installation has pending work requiring a reboot-start your computer to complete installation"...How to delete the installed components so as to download/install again with success? A sign/window popped up once and I downloaded and installed i.e.6 without any problems. I uninstalled it to fix some problems but they were not fixed as i.e. 6 did not cause them as I thought(NAV script blocking, msn addresses problems, not being able to open documents). I have i.e.5.5 now and like to upgrade. "windows updates" do not show in "add/remove" folder. "Resume installation of components" item shows in msconfig. Dell representives suggeted "remove temporary files?cookies" and another technique: "click on run and type command...windows--type c: .." but it did not work.
