I get the error message " communication not available" AND 3 Thing to do, Disconnect and reconnect USB cable,Unplug power and restart, none work. I uninstalled the driver but it won't reinstall from the CD it just quits. It doesn't show up as a "New Devise" when I restart.The USB port work with a web cam so they are working. Does anyone have any advise ? Thanks

RickHill, SWAG, sounds to me like a driver issue. Since the file on your CD seems to catch in your machine's throat, maybe one of those listed at left will be more to it's liking? HTH. Ed in Texas.
