i have the lexmark z73 it will print pictures and links but it will not print words for example it would print this entire page because u can click on the items but if u werent able to click on them than it would not print the words any ideas why?

You should try checking your ink cartridges to make sure they aren't empty. What color do your links appear in? I think the default color is blue in most browsers, but I'm not sure. If the printer only prints non black font, then I think that perhaps your black ink cartridge is empty or for some older printers that use only one ink cartridge for all colors, then the black ink portion of it may be empty.

If you are able to print whatever links that are active and not the areas that are not active even when they are all same colour, you may try to remove and reinstall the printer driver. If that is not successful, make sure you remove the printer port, which can be affected by some virus or the port files can go back by itself in time. Then you reinstall or you let Windows reinstall the printer port. Usually this is called "LPT1". If you have more than one printer port installed for printers, they can be "LPT2" or "LPT3" etc. But if you do not have trouble printing other materials but only the webpage links, then disregard what I said here because I am not sure which is which of your exact problem.
