printer not printing full picture

I have re-installed printer and it is still not printing the first and last letters. I've also adjusted the osd and adjusted the text to every size and none of this has made any difference. Does anyone know anything else I can try? Thanks.

In the printer settings, does your printer know that size your paper is? Maybe you can do a Print Preview, you have that options in some Photo editing programs, if it shows the picture in the correcr paramaters, and it still prints out bad, i'd say it's a defect in the printer.
