you might look at Althon Boards you can get a New Mother Board and CPU for $200 or less. These aren't the latest but you'll be able to get a faster cheaper deal. I'm guess 550 is the max for your MB.

You should be able to clear your Hardware Registry Listings and rerun setup over the top to configure to the new MB.

dont buy that crap stick to pentium , they over heat, thats why you need a big fan on them unlike a pentium and 550mhzp3 are cheap go to pricewatch.com
