I have a friend that is getting a error message while installing a Ogg Vorbis codec for Windows Media Player. The error message displays itself for only about 1 or 2 seconds, then it disappears. I know there is a key or keys that can be pressed to freeze the screen. But I cannot remember the key or keys to press. If anyone could remind me as to what the key or keys are I would be grateful.

I don't know how to freeze the screen, but try pressing the "PRNTSCRN" key on your keyboard (or equivilant) and then go to Paint or similar and paste the image. Then you can read the error message.
