Pop up blocker blocking wrong thing

windows in blocking pop ups and some of the things it blocks arent even pop ups. any time i want to see an email attachmetn, it says down in the corner by the start bar, "a pop up was blocked" i tried already going into internet options and unblocking pop ups there, but no luck any ideas? Thanks

What browser are you using? What website are you viewing mail that is being blocked? You can enable Pop-ups for any site you want, or disable pop-up blocker completely, which is what I recommend. I think it's more hassle than it's worth.
