Playing Music to Chat Rooms?

Looking for a better way! Currently when in various "chat rooms" on PalTalk and Microsoft Messenger in order to provide music and comments at the same time they are using either WINAMP or WINMEDIA PLAYER, cranking up the computer speakers and "broadcasting" via the microphone. With only one in the room doing this it is acceptable but with two computers both in different chats, with different tastes in music, a riot may soon break out.

My question: Is there a way (including buying components/software/etc. that I can eliminate the music from speakers to microphone route and get the music and voice comments direct to the chat room?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
