Play/convert MAC music files to mp3

They were written out on a MAC computer as RealAudio files. I have Windows ME, and the latest version of the RealAudio player but it is unable to play these files or even see them. Disc space used indicates 644mb. I am unable to open the folder containing the audio files. If I copy the disc to my desktop, I can open the folder but it appears to be empty. Have you any ideas of how to play the files without a MAC ? I would ideally like to back them up as .mp3's, but for now I would be happy to just play them (I've had the disc for around 1 year). I posted on the MAC forum but as yet, no help.

hello these are copy protected files thats why you cannot play them on a windoz machine. do google you will find out more. and maby a way around this problem.
