You can't. You'll have to check with your Network Administrator and make sure the permissions are set properly. You can password protect Microsoft Office files, though... Word, Excel, Access....

hello try right clicking the folders in question and and chose compress and than pass word protect it. there are a few free programs at www.download.com that might do what you want allso. try google search as well
