Paint Shop Pro Error

I am trying to open something in Paint Shop Pro and get this error. PSP has caused and error in MSVCRT.DLL. PSP will now close.

Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks

hello
it could be caused by a number of things such as low system resources. to many things allready running.
try the things in this link.
how to run m.e well version 5

it might be caused by newly added programs?
i would allso do a scandisk and defrag from safe mode.
