pages from new sites, stuck in a loop

its mainly on porn sites, but i look at a page hit the back button and annother page pops up and annother and so on, is there a way of disableing this. Oh and they manage to get themselves in "my favorites too" help please with this major pain in the arse.

Afraid your boss or your mom is going to walk in and there are about 30 pages to close? Hehe just joking, there are utilities that you can download, try looking up pop-up killer or something of that nature and see if that works, since I do not use the internet for porn, I dont know much about this.
Not just porn sites. lots of .de (german sites)do this too. trying to keep you on there page? a few things happen. one is new windows being opened upon exiting the site the other is the cant go back deal where you keep ending up on the same page unless you hit back like 5 times real fast to escape. Try going into tools/internet options/security/custom level/scripting of java applets "disable". this should get rid of most of that stuff. keep in mind it also kills the good javascript too.
