i switched from ms outlook to ms outlook express (assuming it is better)and all i get is the following message. Any suggestions?

unable to logon to the server using Secure Password Authentication. Account:'POP3',Server:'POP3',Protocol:POP3, Server Response:'-ERR authorization first: Port:110, Secure(SSL):No, server Error: 0x800CCC90,Error Number:0x800CCC18

try tools/accounts/properties/server/make sure the authentication box is not checked:)

went to tools/accounts/properties but could not find server and authentication box

Try: Tools>>accounts>>Mail tab>>highlight your mail account and click properties>>server.

Make sure Log on using Secure authentication is either checked or unchecked according to the instructions at your ISP for setting up Outlook Express.

While you are there, also retype your username and password for your email account.

all mail is still going to m outlook instead of outlook express. i did exactly as said two times. any other suggestions?
