A user on the network has ME and outlook 2002 and has been up and runnning with no problems in Office(Word, Excel) printing and he can also print his outlook mail and appointments. When he tries to print out his Contacts we keep getting PCL XL Error. It also says the subsystem is KERNEL and the error is UnsupportedBinding, Operator 0x0 and Position 0. Has anybody run into this?

Dear Hi,

Do the following steps:
1. Remove all the printers.
2. Restart the system.
3. Again install the printer.
Now it will work fine.

All the best
