Every time I go to outlook it gives me this message...Cant open this item. Out of memory resources. How can I fix this?

Open OE and go to tools>options>maintenance tab and click on "clean up now" that will compact the downloaded messages and should free up a bunch of OE memory.

You might have to reboot the computer right before using Outlook. You might be suffering from the Windows memory leak. Rebooting occasionally, especially before starting a memory intensive program is sometimes the easiest way to deal with it.
