Outlook Express locking up

My outlook express keeps locking up. I do cntl-alt-del and it says trayclnt and Outlook express not responding.

Do you use/subscribe to MSN?If so,try re-installing MSN to cure the problem,and/or try extracting the MAILCOM.DLL file thru MSCONFIG to do the trick.And if you still have problems, disable it from Startup,as you do not actually need it.

That help any?

Trayclint not loading, is MSN Internet Access you have 5.4, you need to update to 5.6, its just I found out that with 5.6 you cant configure it to not connect you during idle time (such as just reading things online) it will disconnect you, what I did was made my own connection, I don't even use MSN connection, its easy, if interested post How to make a my own connection, or look up in upper right corner and search, I have instructions, just not at my finger tips right now, with the trayclint not loading it locks up outlook. Sue
