Get an error messages when trying to add when opening MS Outlook Express, sending a message and adding e-mail addresses to the address book:
Error Message 1 when opening Outlook Express: The address Book failed to load. Outlook Express is incorrectly configured, please reinstall.
Error Message 2 when trying to create a message: There was an error opening this message. An error occurred.
Error Message 3 when opening address book: Unable to open the Address Book. The Address Book may not be installed properly.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled 'Outlook Express' several times and upgrade from IE 5.50 to IE 6 and reinstalled Outlook Express and still get the error messages.
