Reply: (edit)Put your brain in gear and THINK Of COURSE there is. DOS, Xenix, older versions of Linux, Winhozed95, Windoz98, Winclosed NT 3xx, 4xx and quite possibly a few more. If you mean a NEW system, of course not. ALL new commercialized systems are going to capitalize on the newest best, fastest processors and RAM, and won't be concentrating on old hardware.

Reply: (edit)While thats true, you could put Windoze2000 or Xp series on to one. But at 64 meg of ram you could do very little on there.

Reply: (edit)So that model came with a Celeron 700 and 64 RAM stock. If you want to buy more memory, fine, but XP will be kind of a dog unless you get a lot! Let's see $120 for new RAM from crucial (others may work and be cheaper, but their compatibility is guaranteed) + $100 for XP = $220. That sounds like too much. Maybe an extra 64 or 128 and put ME back on there until you can get a new machine, or upgrade to Win98SE on eBay.
