I know that this won't be much help to you . . . about a year ago I came into some older ISA sound cards that used Opti chips. I searched all over the Web and what I found was this. Opti never made a sound card, they only made core chips. As a result there aren't any Opti drivers per se. Ther are soundcards, motherboards (IBM most notably) and other devices that used Opti chips. You'll need to find out who distributed the card, and get the driver from them. I was eventually able to find a driver, once I determined that my card was marketed under the name Super Sound 32.
