I recieved a email from my daughters baskekball coach with an attachment,it was the roster of games for the season .I saved it to My Documents ,tried openning it with wordpad, all that showed was a bunch of odd shaped figures ! I did a search and it appears to be a Microsoft spread sheet ,that you open with Microsoft Office .I have Microsoft Works 2000 which has MS Office ,however I cant figure out the process needed to open it within MS Office ! Can someone give me step by step directions on how I would open this attachment using Microsoft's Works 2000 ? Thanks in advance ! Nick

Hey Nick. XLS is a Microsoft Office EXCEL file extension.Just type "xlViewer.exe" (without the quotes),into your web browser, and it'll pull up a list of sites where you can download it from. You should be able to open the xls file through the viewer with no problem. Good luck! -Birgitta
