Reply: (edit)Sound to me like you've knocked your graphics card. open your computer, take it out and then put it back in again. You should be in business!!

Reply: (edit)From past experience it could be any of the following: Faulty Mobo, RAM, CPU or Graphics card. However, before you just write them off as dead, try removing and re-seating them all. I've often found this has cured many systems. Regards Simon

Reply: (edit)Discharge the capacitor on your system, as well. Disconnect all peripherals from the tower, including the power cable, then hold in the power button on the front of the case for 1 minute (count it). Then plug in keyboard/monitor/mouse directly into a working wall socket.

Reply: (edit)What is happening? are you getting power to the unit. have you checked the plug? have you checked to see if fans are spinning or if hd indicator lights are on? have you tried a different outlet? if you verify power comes from the outlet and the power cord isnt damaged or shorted but the unit receives no power its your power supply. on boot up? if your not seeing or hearing activity of any kind what makes you think the unit is booting up? trouble shoot in this order wall outlet---power cord---power supply---mainboard---every thing else.
